So, if you can carry the cabin with your W2 and have the reserves, I would say to just enjoy this quite time, get done to the cabin anything you'd like to have done and then buckle down for the onslaught that's going to happen as soon as the restrictions lift and things start opening again.  

The better you prepare against the onslaught of any enemy the better position your advocate is in taking and keeping the high ground.

Challenges mostly revolved around having to lease out a different unit unexpectedly during a slow rental market in MN winter, and dealing with an onslaught of maintenance issues at my other properties.

I am wondering if it is do to the onslaught of "real estate Guru's" that rushed to the area to teach their wholesaling systems or the Dodd-Frank Law's fault .
