My husband graduates with his undergraduate degree in Chemistry this May and he has chosen to defer his doctorate program to Ohio State to get started on our real estate goals.

It's been a very profitable relationship for quite a number of years, yet it was a chance meeting years ago & we all clicked over breakfast.Its all chemistry & yours is like the proverbial oil/water scenario with some toxicity thrown in.

A specific degree like in accounting, chemistry or engineering or a gateway degree to a professional graduate program such as physical therapy has value.

As he went from high school chemistry teacher to millionaire with real estate, I figure putting it back in real estate is a good idea with the ultimate plan to travel the world on passive income for a while. 

Now, I find that I am way more excited about that career than the one I went to school for (MS Chemistry).

By cared for I mean no one is throwing large rocks or bricks in the pool and the chemistry is kept balanced.

There must be some personality chemistry there, and if you keep attending the meetings, you'll get lucky.
