Make sure up date light outlets and switches as well as door hinges and handles.

I will also likely change to decora outlets/switches and not include this cost in the tenant turnover (again cap ex/ upgrade).

We also replaced quite a few old ceiling lights with new ceiling fan/light combos and replaced any cracked or suspect outlets, etc.Kitchens got new stoves and microwaves and upgraded furniture in common areas.

She states minor work is needed: covers for a couple of outlets, kitchen refresh, cracked window to be replaced.

I work in Daytona and I've been seeing the development that has been going on over the last few years, between the race track, Margaritaville, and the outlet mall, as well as a ton of building going on west of 95, I wouldn't give  up on the Daytona Area.
