Under Texas Property Code section 92.019, a landlord mat not collect late fees for failing to pay any portion of the rent unless the landlord provides notice of the fee included in the written lease, the fee is reasonable, and any portion unpaid has been longer than 2 days after the rent was due.

Beware of bedbugs getting on your clothes and you transferring them back to your own home- if you wear a haz mat type suit the renters will feel like something is wrong and feel very uncomfortable- but in some heavily infested situations it might be called for.

Hanging a large picture or something at the head of the bed usually looks nice.Additional Bedrooms:Any additional bedrooms, I stage either as an office with a writing desk and computer chair, a workout room (yoga mat and pretty exercise accessories), or a nursery with a neutral white or wood toddler bed and a changing table.
