Where roaches accumulate is in the stove and on the motor of the fridge so we have replaced older appliances before to remove a bulk of a similar issue.

Same with the AC, Cleaned the coils inside and out and replaced a faulty fan motor but did not replace it so I'll need the cap-ex money eventually.

You MUST make it so they are forced to turn on the fan whenever they turn on the light and should actually check during your periodic inspections that they haven’t disconnected the fan motor.
