There is a dire need of housing for company men but most importantly families.

Single men didn’t rent apartments for themselves.

Not through middle men like Real Estate Agent and Wholesalers.

Get it.That will make it easier for 2 men to feed their families.Keep me in the loop.

And there are certainly large margins to be made.. the big builders in many markets want lots in real time they look for middle men to bring them to them.. in our Market here in PDX where they are located there are a few of them..

Learning how to get direct to seller houses and great deals (cutting out middle men) is the #1 skill. 

Just like you are seeing in auto industry, they had the big increase when inventory went down but now dealerships cannot give cars away and repo men are very very busy. 

But the management team was okay with sending out repair men like it's free, and failing to collect rents on time and making excuses. 

Red flags yes, but a fire at their previous address is easily verified by checking public records, calling the property owner/landlord or driving by the place.As for felonies, many great men have made mistakes and even more have not made a mistake and have been caught in beauracratic red tape.J Walking is damn near a felony, so perhaps simply understanding the convictions would help.All this can be done without giving them a tour.

Looks like a 2 day job with 2 men.  32 hours labor at $20/hr = $640
