I have been buying a small pharma company in the opthalmic space, Harrow, HROW since May at $10, with good growth prospects and in an area with long horizon of medical need for the diseases it treats, they keep announcing better earnings each quarter, and stock now $44 in just 3-4 months, I've bought other companies with good products in the past like NVidia back in 2009 as they made the best graphics chip, G-Force, for gaming.

This is all changing very soon with the construction of the Foulger Pratt's new "WestEnd Alexandria" Landmark mall redevelopment, a new 4 million square foot mixed-use redevelopment, including a new 1.1 million square foot Inova medical center already starting, with completion set for 2028.The development notably won the Red Clay Development of the Year award.On top of the +2,000 healthcare worker jobs the development will immediately bring to the area upon completion, the 120,000 square feet of office space will also bring a large number of jobs to the west end of Alexandria.

Here's what I do....again it may be controversial, but there is such an enormous pool of tenants that have vouchers that I can do this and still have plenty of people...No smoking of any kind.....I don't care if you have a card that says you need "it" for medical reasons.No evictions, ever.No felonies in the last 5 years.No dangerous breed "animals" or pets  and when fully grown the pet can't weigh more than 20 lbs.They will pay for a background check through SmartMove that costs $40.00I don't care what "story" they have, I don't sign the RFTA package until they give me one full months depositI actually don't care what their credit score is because the housing authority pays most of their rent.I don't care about their oncome because the housing authority pays most if not all of their rent.
