Does anyone have an opinion of the Marine Surf Waikiki condominiums on Seaside Ave?

I’ve gotten into drinking bourbon a few years back while drinking with my buddies in the Marine Corps.

Grew up in Memphis, TN, graduated from University of Memphis, then joined the Marine Corps.

After 15 years in this business, the hard market looks like it's here to stay. my background is in underwriting cargo, commercial auto and marine risk for oil & gas and trucking and all markets are facing repricing or pulling out altogether due to higher losses during covid.

My inclination is there will be a race to the bottom on fees with flat fee and a' la carte services becoming more prominent  while larger brokerages create their own "MLS ecosystems".  

I too am a Marine veteran and real estate investor.

There is some industry in Albany, namely, Miller Brewing, Proctor & Gamble, and a small Marine base.

There is also a whole ecosystem of capital raisers for these people that have basically misled investors in their involvement in the GP and dont have much to offer as deals go bad. 

Purchase price: $55,000 Cash invested: $100,000 Sale price: $820,000 Fix & Flip in prime marine park in Brooklyn, one family 3bd duplex just off the park. got this deal as REO, since houses in this area are selling as is, we did just minor renovation.
