Cons, everything already listed, plus: parking issues (lower income people always seem to own more cars), frozen pipes in the winter (seriously, every winter), neighbors that hate each other is a never ending night mare!

Hi,we have plan to buy a property in the Windsor, and curious to know that whether is it good idea to buy a property near boarded up houses like Indian Road, Mill Street, Rosedale Avenue, Felix Avenue , Edison Street or Bloomfield Road.Once it is cleared that who wins in the end, City or Ambassador Bridge , will the price go UP on the houses in the neighborhood , or it will be mare headache for the neighborhood  and what is the fate of neighborhood in either cases....we have already put offers on property on Edison Street and Rosedale Ave.
