Hi,

we have plan to buy a property in the Windsor, and curious to know that whether is it good idea to buy a property near boarded up houses like Indian Road, Mill Street, Rosedale Avenue, Felix Avenue , Edison Street or Bloomfield Road.

Once it is cleared that who wins in the end, City or Ambassador Bridge , will the price go UP on the houses in the neighborhood , or it will be mare headache for the neighborhood  and what is the fate of neighborhood in either cases....

we have already put offers on property on Edison Street and Rosedale Ave. Please response ASAP....
