I’ve been manually scouring Zillow/MLS for deals, but it’s time-consuming, and I’d love to streamline this.2.Has anyone experimented with using machine learning models (like classifiers or regression models) to rate properties based on their condition from MLS listing photos?

The popcorn machine is nice, but not something that will be a deciding factor in bookings.

If I had rented a machine and installed my own boot on this pipe I would probably have done it for less than $2500. 

Even after ALL the evidence came out, she still blatantly lied that the machine worked and the technology was sound.....that's her reality.She fooled a lot of very intelligent and powerful people....people a lot smarter than the majority of us...... but after the fact it all seems so obvious....but at the time, she convinced them all that her reality was truth.

Whereas curtains you can easily throw in the washing machine.
