I am looking to refinance in the near term either when rates drop to the 6.5% range into a conventional 30 year mortgage or as quickly as I am able into a first lien HELOC to be able to park paychecks into the mortgage and save a significant amount on interest or so it seems.

My focus is on providing either turnkey-style space for those interested in temporary, infrequent use or long-term leasing for business folks who require conference room space (or perhaps event space).

But as long as you keep your fire fighter job at least you will have health insurance through that which will save you a lot compared to a full time agent.

There's also a lot of mid-term demand in this area from people moving down and waiting on their home to be finished.

- How long before you think you would be able to get your own loan and purchase the property in your names?

Most of my leads....lead to mental health issues. 

I prefer the mid-term over short-term rental all day long now. 

I took a long break and I'm paying for it now LOL!!
