If it's a dual electric element tank, check to make sure the lower element is actually switched on.

If your U.S.A. entity/corporation is a (100% owned) child of a Canadian corporation, taxes on repatriated earnings to the Canadian parent would be <=10%.Another element, I neglected to work in above is whether you, as a US citizen, plan to return to the U.S.A. at some point.  

Liquidity is an element I want with any investment.

Real Estate is just another commodity, and can be bought, sold, and traded a lot like stocks or crypto.. but it’s unique element is the LTV, and tax havens that you can’t find in these other assets currently.

The last element is the agreed upon purchase price down the road, which WILL be above where the fund bought the house.

That said, the fatigue element I had been feeling before that and in hindsight realize it was my first symptom.

That will often be more in lne with the purchase price. 

I agree - the psychological element is huge.
