Pocketdeed.com doesn't seem to recognize my filter inputs - when I tell it to search 'League City, Texas' or '77573' it comes back with properties from all over the county.  

There are also numerous minor league teams as well.  

Not so sure if it is once you are  in the big leagues but I assume most people want to have a bit of visibility on the cost....am I wrong?
