Unless you are in a high-crime area, I see no justification for cameras on the property.

I don't know any of the facts of your claim which might give some justification to the delay but even if there is none, that doesn't mean there is a pattern with insurers. 

If they do not like the price, you can then show them your justification for the price compared to what they think they can get for it.If the city has officially condemned the building, they would not be able to live in it at all until it is repaired.

So please please please stop telling people it is a numbers game... as if it is a reason or justification that it is OK.No man.If you need to send 3000 mailers calls or texts to a list (that you PAID for that supposedly is a "targeted list"), to hopefully get ONE contract signed... let me show you the numbers.1/3000 (if lucky) = 0.03% success rate.This means that 99.967% of the people YOU PAID for, that are supposedly "TARGETED" to be motivated .. are NOT motivated. 

Just looking for some justification for not taking control of my life and taking action, seems like this should do the trick. 

What you need is justification for the new value.... ie: appraisal.

If there is only one coming into the building this could be justification of one loan however may not work.
