It was a property that we have had rented out for 3 of the last 4 years as my wife and I were stationed in Japan as part of my being in the Marines.

I am not looking to earn a lot on this flip as it's quite cheap but if I can do it successfully, then I would've gained experience and a bit of cash too.have you looked at rural Japan.. same numbers much more stable environment for flipping..

All nations are guilty of currency manipulation to some extent, but the US, Europe and Japan is more through economic action than in-your-face rate setting, i.e.

We won't be managing these our selves as I am in Japan and my partner is in Hawaii.
