If we invest strictly for cash flow in the beginning, it will take a long time to build up enough capital such that the cash flow is sufficient to replace our active income.My own thinking was like yours at one time, but has evolved somewhat with the benefit of hindsight as well as some introspection about what kind of investor I am. 

Aside from the wellness aspect, I find those 30-45 minutes-long sessions to be helpfully introspective and stress-shedding too.

Claiming the high ground and sending the guy on his way, and telling him why, isn't going to make this guy suddenly become introspective.

As a previous poster said if you are squeezing an extra $5k out of a military wife with nowhere else to turn, choose not to.I sincerely applaud your honesty and your introspection.

They have an uncanny ability to be introspective, understand their own sub conscious bias, and account for it when making decisions.
