We happened to have just added some inventory in the Birmingham market. 

I find that internet providers, like Comcast, tend to update their technology and offerings to better speeds as customers have higher usage demands.

My goal is to achieve financial freedom by age 36 and to understand various aspects such as investing education, strategies, business planning, properties, marketing, and exit strategies.

We did a couple recent ones that were on market, fixed them up and got them to market after the remodel with a profit.

You want to talk to friends and family on this, I don't know anyone who would see this on the Internet and be like, yeah, this sounds like exactly what I am looking to do with my money.

I will say though that even in any market, there are sub-markets that you may either want to be in or want to stay away from.

The internet books  Morby the sub 2 guys the market for this is quite thin.

You can cold call or hire people to marketing for you. 

@Daniel HymanThanks for the idea but another problem I have with using the government internet is a lot of things on websites don't work because of the firewall and network settings so when I try to apply for the account it just doesn't go to anything.
