ANd to also add fuel to the fire, the Fed government recently inflicted a country-wide policy that any potential borrowers need to qualify for their locked in interest rate, plus 2%, this was put in place to cool the runaway RE prices in certain parts of the country, namely Toronto and Vancouver.

If it was related to a personal issue with your tenants, self inflicted, get rid of them asap.

At that point, either should would have complied, or you could have gotten her out before she inflicted further damage to your property.

@Eddy Dumire, unfortunately, is correct in the possible damage that could be inflicted to a property by a foreclosee (is that a word?).
