Does anyone have any good PM or inspectors in Cahokia?

It's working out ok other than some latent defects the seller hid from me and my inspector during my due diligence period.

A home inspector is not guaranteeing you that they will find everything.

In place of a flat fee I can see the transition being something based on referral (did my buyer agent get me a trades person, lender, home inspector, etc.
