The market has been incredibly robust the last few years and I don't see that changing anytime soon especially as mortgage rates continue to decrease.

We made some big changes coming to Movement Mortgage early this year and we are incredibly grateful to be thriving and loving it here at Movement.

Like many of you, I started by reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, and from there, I dove into Brandon Turner’s book on real estate investing.I’m incredibly excited to embark on this new adventure and can’t wait to see where it leads.

Now, I’m ready and eager to meet new people and make the most of this incredible community.A little about me: I’m originally from Tulsa, OK, but relocated to Austin, TX, four years ago.

While Pace Morby seems to know his stuff, he puts out incredibly long videos and I didn't have time to sort through all that fluff & didn't want to pay 8k to be in his course.

Looking for a house we could house hack, had an incredibly low interest rate on mortgage and house has increased in value about 42%, an estimated 180k in equity.

At the moment I am still at my W2 job but hoping in time to move full time in RE that being as Broker, FT PM,  and project manager for investor who are looking for support managing rehabs. 

However, when you don't know what you don't know, this is an incredibly dangerous and risky position to be in with such an expensive investment.Just my 2 cents.

Assume for a moment its close to max tax bracket ie. nearly 49% (Federal + State), roughly $17K.
