There are just way to many good performing notes to ( at least for me) knowingly buy into a problem.And many of these folks doing it when you talk with them.. they are totally in the honeymoon stages.. having an experience level of buy maybe 1 to 5 notes in last year or so..Just one thing to remember there are law firms that specialize in keeping people in their homes.. for years on end without paying this is just one  item.Drive around VEgas you will see the bill boards... big bad bank coming after you call me.. for 1k I can keep you in your home for up to a year

Currently residing in Brea, CA.Just over two months ago I got married and moved to SoCal with my wife right after our honeymoon.

BUT, it's maybe 10 days to closing, I am in Europe enjoying my honeymoon, and they tell me they won't give me a loan.

. , visiting Korea from Jacksonville, Florida, as part of a month-long, world-travel vacation / honeymoon showed up.And at our most recent one, held on Dec 6, we had international investor Rose, president of the United Group based in Taiwan, who helps bring Asian money into the US, UK, and other places.

My husband and I spent nearly a week in Yosemite National Park for our honeymoon and still didn't get to see it all.

I'm right now sitting on the balcony of an ocean-facing condo in Kuaui with my bride (it's our honeymoon), and I've realized that my normal 9-5 job is not going to get me where I want to be - namely, sitting in an ocean-facing condo full time when I retire the day before my 60th birthday. 

I did get married, and we spent our honeymoon at home making calls about this house and pushing for a closing.
