Now what i would love to hear is some opinions on Homeland security who has the authorization to enter someones home and take them away with no questions asked for interrogation purposes.

I am one of those that "got slaughtered" in the previous cycle....In my opinion, Phoenix price is heavily influenced by California investors who feel priced out from home land...And as a result, the price flucuation is bigger than other markets that are more self sustained....

It is at these times you can increase your mobile home knowledge by creating a small park, or even single home-land package.Just trying to present options.
