I frequently see sub2 deals on FB and other sites and out of curiosity I look at what they are offering. 

Keep in mind this might be spread out over 2 up to 7 years depending on your site selection and the economy.6. 

I've been so busy these past 6 months that I haven't had time to look back at the site.

Focus on absentee owners and start with the ones who live the farthest away and only own one property in the area since they have the least use for the property.You can also drive for dollars, looking for anomalies of disrepair and then look them up in the tax records and use a site like Spokeo to do cheap skip tracing.

My wife and I are investors based in Santa Barbara and have had Croatia in our sites for a few years.

We did a site walk with a guy recently who is building cabins in pigeon forge and he really liked Logan and we showed him land sites to build them out here.

I will check out their site.
