I don't know a single broker who would allow an agent to wholesale while hanging their license at their firm. 

What checks and balances would you need to put in place to avoid this.I am a firm believer that you should tie any bonus to a metric that the company is trying to achieve.

My team personally has pivoted to more local affordable housing with local and county grants and incentives and we'll leave the more complex LIHTC deals to the big firms.  

As a retired CPA, I saw plenty of tax returns by these firms that clearly were done poorly.
