@Robert Harmon I think it's all about personal risk tolerance.  

I want to be able to provide an atmosphere where we can all grow in peace and harmony and not have to worry about how we are going to pay the bills, or stress about being able to put food on the table.

@Rick Harmon  is right these fence issue arise often in residential real estate.

Hopefully they are dependent on the income from the STR's and will continue to allow them.Lake Harmony is the cream of the crop, but it was a little too crowded for our tastes.Split Rock is great, but according to a local contact the new owners of the resort will soon be enforcing the 30 day minimum stay that's in the bylaws.

Our goal was to grow our own healthy food in harmony with the land as well as build within 5 years.
