You could try filing a case/judgement against them but I’m guessing they ar leaving the area to screw over the next MTR landlord.

PLUS can you guess what they will be like when a real issue comes up?

In that regard, I can guess estimate if they're selling 400K more (after holding for two years), with the kind of remodelling that they make ( lets say 150K), I guess they make 200K net profit.The software is good for "flipping intel" at the very least.I used it for the last three purchase that I had.

Nearly the entire reviews section is RTR endorsements....I guess its good promotion for the biz.

But guess what, rates WILL drop in the next few months/years and most markets will explode after that IMO.If I had 25K I would look into B or B+ (specifically with schools above 5 greatschools rating, and moderate to low crime rate confirmed by heat map and frequenting businesses there) areas within 25 minutes driving distance from my home for a SFH. 

and guess what - that might be OK too - but only if 1) you're OK with spending that money and 2) the investment justifies it.

I guess if that is her way to get out of holding an open house I will take it, LOL.

They have been managing fine, although not too busy, I guess because of the market.
