It's likely nothing comes to fruition in the near term.

Once I return, hopefully I will have something lined up and ready to attempt to bring this all into fruition.

Lot's of syndicators are pushing it but it's top cycle right now and lot's of their projections might not come to fruition over the hold period.

That's the beauty of real estate in that there are multiple exit strategies and when one may not work another comes to fruition with great profits to reap.Congrats!

There were an endless number of steps I had to complete to bring this deal to fruition including building a local team from across the country, putting in many offers, passing on several bad properties, and getting my financing lined up so I could pounce on this opportunity right when it hit the MLS. 

While I do think the agent should have been more careful with his wording (should cover, not will cover) I think you’re just seeing an unfortunate circumstance come to fruition.

Even if it does the project is probably 5 years or more away from completion if they just announced it, base your purchase off of current numbers and if this complex comes to fruition then it is a bonus

Allows you to reverse engineer your goals much better and it also helps to write down your goals each year to help them come to fruition.
