Everything is so different from back then so I joined this community in the hope of getting good advice and guidance along with creating friendships with like-minded individuals.  

Ontop of all that I  have gained a lot of knowledge (boatloads more available to learn) and friends some I hope to do lots of deals with as we grow  friendships too. 

With in regards to inspections, if you do enough inspections, make friendships with the inspectors and often they will let my handyman do the fixes day of and send pictures so I am not waiting the allocated 2 weeks for re-inspection. 

Business and friendship often don’t mix for many reasons—for instance, it can be very difficult to enforce lease terms (like late payment fees or deposit retentions) with a friend… and if you do enforce those lease terms, it can easily destroy the friendship.

At work, your work relationship is first and friendship is second. 

While the mix of business and friendship requires clear expectations and contracts, it offers a unique chance for collaboration with someone trustworthy.

I just wanted to introduce myself and be able to build a network and perhaps some friendships with like minded people.

Hello my name is Carolyn , my husband Ron and I are just beginning to consider flipping houses, we are semi retired in the Daytona Beach, Fl area , we own and operate a state licensed Roofing company and would like to find others in the area who we might consider partnering with, if there is a good fit, Ron is a retired carpenter with hundreds of remodeled homes to his credit, hope everyone has a blessed day and finds the true Joy of friendship.
