I need all new appliances (Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher, Sink, oven/range)I also need flooring (Tearing out carpet ..yes it's everywhere...yuck)Will also need to repaint and buy new LED lights for my fixtures.

When I managed properties the owner would regularly call me in his office.... why did we spend $1/sqft to paint this apartment, why did we replace a fridge, what does it cost $2500 to do a simple make-ready on a 1 bedroom luxury apartment?

(Had a tenant put a deposit down and has taken a month for the PM to put in a fridge and stove. that was paid for a month prior to that).

You can choose to live without ac or heat, hot water or a fridge for a week or two in your home while they jerk you around.

In my market there is (I can almost guarantee) not a single rental that doesn't provide appliances...maybe washer/dryer...but in urban rentals no one is lugging a fridge/stove around.
