Everybody has the silver bullet "Program"- but it takes money to learn how to make money I guess.Oh I also have 5 dogs, ( I am stupid for dogs, had 13 once as people would drive by our farm and drop off fluffy when they felt like it)  and a cat.Well, not to waste time and learn how to make my drive to work ferociously into something in the bank to reflect it.ThanksJames

I've discovered - for the pink fluffy batt insulation anyway - that you can hire a company to provide and install the insulation cheaper than you can buy the insulation yourself.

I have done lots of research, listed to every possible podcast, BP was the most clear, without much fluff. I

I had thought that the options on how to get there are to 1) gain expertise in a career and eventually create a business w/ that knowledge, or, 2) get started building something small and be prepared to "throw out your first pancake". 

There seems to be a lot of hype in the REI world, so you should know I have my expectations clearly established and am confident that I can see through the fluff.  I

I do buy higher quality carpet (think durable and best wear-resistant and not pretty and fluffy) that looks decent and stands up to abuse.

If there is a joist in the center of box, they also sell a fan box that is a pancake size and goes under the joists.

I don't think it is National Pancake day, but I would love to catch up with you and Matt while I'm in town.

We have had some issues recently where there wasn't a flea problem until after the renter moved out and the treated fluffy wasn't there any longer to keep the fleas from reproducing.
