@Dustin DuFaultDepends on your state.. many states do not allow multi beneficiary NOtes like @Crystal Smith suggest however I do know in her state it is permissible. and In CA its commonIn Oregon it is not legal at all.So check your state regs and if multi bene is permissible then that is by far the best way to do a deal like this among friends and family.. other wise just use usecured Prom notes.

Its a bit like an odd hybrid between asking someone to prom and a job interview - you don't quite want the person who's TOO friendly, but the odd guy in the corner staring at his phone won't work either.One other note - bring a friend/partner/spouse someone else with you to meet people.

Since brokers will take just about anyone getting a license you are interviewing him for work you do but he gets a big or smaller cut, I prefer to dress like I will go to work not to a prom.
