Flashy but I am looking for frequency and consistency.

It takes a while to really build a reputation in any particular niche, so don't give up on your area of expertise. 2) Make sure everyone you know (sphere of influence) is aware that you're an agent. 3) Don't pick your company based on flashy pitches or pseudo promises.

And finally while we hear about flashy deals, most folks make money years down the line - once rent has caught up with the mortgage payment and appreciation is where its at (at least where I am) it is a get rich slow game :) RE is the single best way for average people to build wealth. 

It's short and to the point without being immediately deemed as 'junk mail', like many flashy postcards are.

Honestly, I find a lot of those guys to be more like flashy click-bait than actual substance. 

It seems flashy and amazing up front, but brokerage is a business just like any others and the broker HAS to cover the business costs they incur PLUS they should be taking home some profit, so that revenue comes from somewhere. 

Now maybe without the fun boat and the flashy car she would not be his g/f.Seems like the might be "Forever Renters" and that can be gem--if you take good care of them.
