I got way bigger fish to fry.

When you get into the remote Chihuahuan desert (Culberson, Brewster, Jeff Davis, Presidio, Hudspeth, and the south ends of Pecos and Terrell counties) where there has been almost zero oil and gas development can you get a patch without pipelines that's big enough to make it worthwhile.

Buy a Summer home to get out of Vegas heat and be  able to fish and hike and quad etc etc we love the Moutains of the west.

However you want to rehab and upgrade this unit, so you might choose to fish add a new breaker (circuit) and fish a wire to that room and add an outlet.

Gurus will have to switch to a new snake oil.   

Example: invest in syndications / short-term rentals / oil & gas wells / solar projects / conservation easements, and so on, due to the tax losses they generate.

Oil prices remain a huge X factor, and housing prices (at least with respect to rents) are being held back by the most supply EVER being built and coming online here in 2024.

Think of fishing, and it's somewhat the same.

It would be a better investment to buy lithium or platinum, at least they have some uses in the battery and oil industries respectively; Gold has no use anywhere, it is just a shiny metal.
