Plus a 30 million dollar jet you dont buy those on CC and BS.  

The builders that were building rentals are most assuredly going to switch over to rebuilding the higher profit multi-million dollar homes.

Your explanation of really making a million dollars a year even though your taxes only show a hundred thousand will only make you look shady.

Most professionals will recommend a separate LLC for every $1 million in assets but I don't think that's necessary.
