Ive learned alot from the books podcast webinars and fellowship this website offers.

Other retail near by are a couple of small grocery stores, a child care facility, a 'fellowship' center, a 'gentlemens' clubI think the following might work;- New / Used furniture & Appliance- Car / truck rental- Equipment rental center- Any other thoughts?

Your residency will determine your longer term career - Fellowship, attending physician, location, pay, etc.  

Tenant is a general surgeon who was completing a fellowship at one of the best hospitals in the country and had great credit.  

Had some fellowship.  

As a resident, you're locked into either 3 years (the very shortest) to up to 7-8 years in the same program; in general the average duration of training is going up as more and more people are doing fellowships (often at the same program).  

Personally, I like using the "universal bureaucrat-to-bureaucrat fellowship" model to my benefit when trying to get information that's otherwise unavailable.

I am new myself, but this is definitely an amazing, real estate investing fellowship!

Or maybe I'll be too busy rolling around in all this money the STR-fellowship is hollering about.
