What goes next to a $ store
Looking to solicit some thoughts from people regarding a commercial property I am looking at. It currently has a Dollar Store in place but also another > 8K sq ft available. Questionable deal with just the one tenant but would be good if the vacant space could be filled (isn't always the case :).
It is on a major street with great visibility, has light industry / warehouse to one side and lots of lower income SFR to the other side. Other retail near by are a couple of small grocery stores, a child care facility, a 'fellowship' center, a 'gentlemens' club
I think the following might work;
- New / Used furniture & Appliance
- Car / truck rental
- Equipment rental center
- Any other thoughts?
