I can't ever remember seeing a mobile home all by itself on a lot nor have I ever seen one on a lot next to a regular home.What is the a difference between a trailer home, mobile home, modular home, pre-fabricated home and manufactured home.

Supposedly we are singlehandedly destroying the very fabric of this city with str's, even though it only represents 2% of the housing stock.

Now, if someone is absolutely dedicated to lying and is fabricating financials, it's going to be very difficult to sniff that out by looking at the numbers before it blows up.

Be careful there is also Geogrid fabric, which is for a different application.This mesh can come in triangles as shown or rectangles.

As landlords we hear the accusations and complaints fabricated by non paying tenants all the time.

I still love BP, but found several on here, even those held out as "so called experts" when I met them in real life found their online resume to be fabricated and embellished. 

@Rick Baggenstoss  I grew up in Glenn Garry glen ross my dad was a land man just like Al Pacino... and Jack Lemmon would have done better if he did what my dad did.. my dad bought a printing press and I had to make door hangers after work then on weekends I had to put them out door to door.. so my dad got 20 leads a week and did not use the company leads like everyone else.. soon was number one then in 2 years started his own company... thanks for the memories.. my exerpince with this company is on the front lines one of my vendors bought a property through these yahoos  total fabrication on the rehab and resale value these guys are ruthless in their approach and in my mind have little concern other than to make a fee and move on totally CAVEAT EMPTOR if working with these folks..

Only in the case of special order products (like stone fabricators) do we pay in advance. 

We have encountered companies which will not underwrite knob-and-tube or aluminium wiring {which can be perfectly safe}, but never one that refused paper/fabric-covered wiring.What does your insurer classify as "fabric/cloth covered wiring" {I cannot really see the pictures closely enough).  

We also think that the rent rolls might have been fabricated, since they ended at a future date, but 3 of the units were vacant, and the rents were much higher than I'd expect to get.
