So what I recommend to anyone is either find something unique to sell on ebay, or else find a good affiliate program such as clickbank.com and sell one of their vendors items as an affiliate.

In CA, the employer also has to pay Unemployment Insurance (UI), Employer Training Tax (ETT) and employee pays State Disability Insurance (SDI).

I didn't have to join their affiliate program (which seemed a lot like an MLM in disguise) to pay for that $22,000 education and I have found everything they offer right here for free.  

About fifteen years ago I saw a FSBO owner sign in front of a small farm-ette looking property.

So, while there may be discussions of RE, the volunteers may point folks in the direction of RE, my gut tells me that's the excuse to market the affiliate programs of marketing an "education" not so much providing a good education.
