Try to buy a product that contains saccharomyces ferment or yeast extract or enzymes.  

The SD was $500.We had to tear out the carpet, padding, scrap up the glued down areas of padding, even remove the tack strips in areas because they were soaked, scrub the floor, put an enzyme solution down, cover with plastic, then seal the floor with two coats of Kilz before the new carpet could go in.Plus, the normal cleaning because obviously he could not clean the appliances, etc. 

If you were to put their dna in an electron microscope you’d see tiny garbage bags of trash everywhere in their proteins and enzymes of the helix ..It’s part of who they are .

Need a cleaner with an enzyme to work on killing that smell. 

Nature’s Miracle enzyme cleaner is a terrific product to use on porous surfaces to remove the smell where it ks cost prohibitive to remove the material.

Other options are using enzymes to break down the potential lint and gunk in the drain that is reducing the max capacity.

Removing the carpet and pad, treating the concrete with an enzyme treatment.  

Use bio enzyme stuff for septic tanks ?

Use a pet odor product with enzymes to clean  the carpet.

I believe there are enzyme cleaners at pet stores that can be used on wood.
