I came across a better quote from Steadily today and it looks enticing but they are relatively new to this industry.

I have used Batchleads and propstream before but I recently came across PropertyRadar and their pricing (and included skiptracing) is enticing.

If I was selling, I'd do all I could to entice someone to bring me a buyer.

I would imagine that it's hard to entice private lenders without offering a really high interest rate given what people can get as much as 4-6% in some CDs these days where not long ago it as more like 1%. 

Basically trying to entice the carriers to write more affordable policies for the residents.
