Fortunately for me My millennial tenants won’t be reading the Wall Street journal articles about their plight in society  ( they likely read “hustler” or the national enquirer)I trust they will continue To invest in Phillip Morris and anhueser Busch stock and I will continue to collect their  rent regardless of what the feds say,the rates do ..or what the Dow Jones average does or what some snooty douche Millennials  in California cry about
