I have a bunch of emails going back and forth with them telling me no only for them to approve it less than a year later.

I did not know of this time log requirement for STRs, so as a newbie I am going back through emails, texts, phone logs, invoices, etc. to determine how much time I spent on everything.  

Then take that data and skip trace it for numbers email etc.

We would regularly get emails with requests from new Kiavi staff or partners we had not previously been introduced to.

After 2 emails and no reply I marked them off my list.

I imagine the whole process is simpler but can anyone tell me how different it is when you don't borrow the rehab costs?
