Between graphics cards and utility bills, hard to claim $0 for anyone I knew doing it. 

Show the bank the first couple of transfers into your account and if the those transfers are expected to continue for at lease the next 3 years, the bank can use that $5000 as monthly income which can help you qualify for a loan to buy the yacht of your dreams.

I was able to fund a brrrr deal using 0% interest rate business credit cards ($95k across different cards), I didn't have to deal with lenders and their high interest rates or their draw request process to access renovation funds.

I know I could put furniture on 0% interest credit cards, but I would need 2+ years to pay it off and I don't want to have to jump through hoops to cycle a balance onto new cards.

Some people have this dream that new homes are maintenance free, but in reality it's not much different than an existing home.
