I try not to let the interest rate tail wag the dog and also find it is way easier to have my investment properties within 90 minutes of my home.

You'd pay them 5k to bird dog for them, and they'd throw you crumbs if they closed on your lead...if you were lucky. 

How many struggle in there bookings, to find way around, ask "what is this corn-dog like thing"..... 

As well as coffee shops like Bottoms Up Coffee are moving in and small microbreweries like brew dog and Land Grant.
