I can appreciate that you have been around to see how the neighborhoods has changed over the years. i recently seen a documentary on the topic of "The Bronx is burning and i am still in awe". i am a bit familiar with Sherman Ave by Yankee stadium and by the courts.

I just saw a documentary saying that per square footage Hong Kong is now the most expensive in the world and they have run out of room for all the people.

Hopefully people are learning that these shows are not documentaries, at least none I know of, they are for entertainment only.As for the one day closing, that is rare indeed!
