Dust in the air is the most common material, and can cause discomfort.

You have multiple personalities, multiple ways of living, multiple comfort/discomforts, multiple lifestyles, etc potentially in the same house. 

So, my question is has anyone experienced this and is there any way I can use her apparent discomfort around me to my advantage to end this thing?

Sorry if I have caused you or others discomfort of any kind, that has never been my intention or desire and I do not see where anyone could or would benefit from an argument or apparent conflict of opinions. 

Discomfort doesn't constitute an emergency.  

Anything will chemicals, detergents, carpet, drape, new car seats can cause more health discomfort and Feds have not tackled them yet. 

It took me a little while to get over the discomfort of walking away from a traditional 15-30y fixed rate loan.2) Pick 2-3 of the homes that you are confident that you will own for a long time and have a strong equity position, and do a cash-out refi.

They'd rather continue working a job they don't like than have any sort of inconvenience/difficulty/discomfort, like many employees. 

They are colder in the winter, which either cause high utility bills, or tenant discomfort, and both influence tenants to leave. 

Anil, being new to the business and having some level of (justified) discomfort with the areas I do not recommend this package for you.
