Tons of Kilz/heavy primer, remove carpeting/lower grade wood items, and I'd definitely look at an O2 cleanse of some kind.

Most of the African nations are arbitrary creations from a colonial map, and the root of many of their problems are borne in this history, compounded by other factors such as racism (i.e. why does ethnic cleansing in Kosovo require military action but massive genocide in Rwanda requires sympathetic words?)

You can buy all your cleaning products from the dollar store which means you can spend about $6 for: cleanser, sponges (two in a pack), a bucket, windex and bleach (cleansing spray), and toilet bowl cleaner; that pretty much will clean your entire house/apartment for a couple of months!

Also, index funds are "self-cleansing" in that over time, the companies that don't make it automatically fall off as new more successful ones are added.
