We are open to MFH but depending on the market we pick they are less common in certain parts of Idaho.

For example, an ADU is nice for a rental, but not every home buyer wants to pay a premium for an ADU on their property.This would be case by case and property dependent.

A lot of it depends on when & where you're investing and how good you are at each one of these.
