I am also a recent rent redi user, I dont hate it, but at BPCON24 , i met with hemline and their software looked really good to me.I set up a call with them this week so use their demo, and their AI for the maintenance was very helpful.I don't mind rent redi though, I met many people at the conference, stessa was a one pf the populer ones.

I'm not sure if a demo specialist or mason would be better.

It was quite extensive, all new electrical, hvac, plumbing as well as foundation, painting, floors and yardwork and demo of shed.

Demo is easy, and sheet rock dust is the worst!

Simple rule of thumb is demo, then most inner to most outer, meaning: studs, plumbing/electrical, drywall, etc going to outside, then/together with top to bottom.

I had a demo call with Guesty and it looked good but I hear bad reviews about customer service and compatibility with VRBO.

To be honest for a full demo, that is not bad a bad deal.

@Lue Yang FHA will give you the lowest downpayment with you being a nonoccupant coborrower.You can also do conforming, but downpayment will be 20-25%.BTW - if you find a property that needs repairs, you can look into an FHA 203(k).

It's highly unlikely that you'll find something like this, and if you do, the max loan is likely to be no more than the value of the land minus any demo costs.
